Record Checks

There are numerous resources available to investigative an individual’s financial and criminal history. ICS Merrill, the investigative services division of EMSI, provides complete record checks for claims investigations, Special Investigations Units and international cases. Investigators go to courthouses seeking any record of civil suits, judgments, bankruptcy filings, UCC financing statements (liens) and criminal history. Upon request, they will also obtain copies of any of these documents.
