Applicant Interviews

EMSI has been providing applicant interviews - both in person and over-the-phone for over 20 years.  Our trained inspectors gather information for insurance companies across the nation.  We ensure that each case is handled with special care.

Applicant interviews include a variety of questions that enable underwriters to judge facts completely and objectively.  Many of the questions asked are general, such as name and social security number.  We also include questions about the applicant's health, family health history, physician's information and other relevant information that may include a description of job duties, sports and leisure activities, and financial information, if necessary. 

Our interviews are objective and confidential.  Inspection reports are completed in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
